First Time Exhibitors

Exhibition at Texas Home School Coalition Called to Teach Conventions is by invitation only. All exhibitors must go through an approval process before they are eligible to receive an invitation to exhibit. If you have exhibited with THSC in Allen and/or The Woodlands within the last three years, you DO NOT need to reapply. However, if you have not exhibited at a THSC’s Called to Teach Convention in the past three years, you must apply to become an exhibitor.

The Woodlands:
2022 – Attendees: 4,370, Families: 1,655*

2022 – Attendees: 3,167 Families: 1,348**

*4,370 people attended the Woodlands convention/our Saturday evening homeschool graduation. Many attended both, resulting in a total graduation attendance of 830. This represents a total attendance increase of 11% over 2021.

**3,167 people attended the Allen convention/our Saturday evening homeschool graduation. Many attended both, resulting in a total graduation attendance of 568. This represents a total attendance increase of 30% over 2021.

What is THSC’s booth refund policy?2022-02-14T14:10:50-06:00

A 75% booth refund will be issued if requested in writing and received before February 1, 2022. No booth refunds will be issued after this date.

When does THSC post Exhibiting companies on the website and app?2022-02-14T14:10:03-06:00

You can expect to start seeing companies listed in January. If you do not see your company listed please email exhibitors@thsc.org.

When does Exhibitor Registration Open?2022-02-14T14:09:09-06:00

Approved Called to Teach Exhibiting Companies can expect to receive an invitation to Exhibit by mid-October.

Will you be returning to the Sheraton Dallas?2022-02-14T14:08:12-06:00

We will not be returning to the Sheraton Dallas in 2021. Instead, the DFW Called to Teach convention will take place at the beautiful, family-friendly Watters Creek Convention Center in Allen, Texas. This venue has better accessibility for attendees and exhibitors and the area is similar to The Woodlands.


THSC offers advertisement through sponsorships, the Convention app, and in Convention registration bags. For information on reaching Convention attendees through advertising, contact sales@thsc.org.

Registration Bag Inserts2022-02-14T14:05:33-06:00

1,250 book bags containing promotional materials are distributed to attendee families at registration. All inserts are subject to approval by THSC, but it is not necessary to be an attending exhibitor to take advantage of this opportunity. If you are interested in giving your company or organization exposure at the THSC Convention through the registration bags, please email sales@thsc.org for details.

Also included are four convention exhibitor passes (entry to exhibit hall, workshops and evening events), refreshments and a welcome reception, helpful Teen Staff volunteers throughout the event, a free listing of the exhibiting organization in the digital Convention program, convention app, and a link from the Called to Teach webpage to the Exhibitor’s website.

Does THSC explain the reason for denial?2022-02-14T14:03:28-06:00

The committee reserves the right to approve or deny without further comment. Due to the quantity of requests we receive, an exhibitor invitation request does not necessarily guarantee approval in time for an upcoming THSC Convention. Invitations will be emailed to approved exhibitors following approval thereafter. Exhibitor space fills quickly and approval does not guarantee that you will procure a booth.

Options include piped and draped standard 10′ x 10′ booths and mini 6’ x 10’ booths. Booths come with one 8’ x 30″ long draped table, two chairs, small trash can, and a booth sign.

Will I have to submit samples of my product?2022-02-14T14:01:09-06:00

You must submit samples of your most popular products or if you do not sell products, samples of the information that you intend to disseminate. If you wish to direct us to your website to view additional materials, please include the specific URL that you wish us to view. Requests sent without samples may not be processed.

What kind of companies get approved to receive an invitation?2022-02-14T14:00:08-06:00

The type of vendor we generally invite offers materials, books, and/or educational products or services that specifically relate to homeschools.

We do not generally invite:
Single author publishers
Vitamin or health food companies
Multi-level marketing or home sales companies such as Avon, Amway, etc.
Companies specific to a local area
