First Time Exhibitors
Exhibition at Texas Home School Coalition Conventions is by invitation only. All exhibitors must go through an approval process before they are eligible to receive an invitation to exhibit. If you have exhibited with THSC in Allen and/or The Woodlands within the last three years, you DO NOT need to reapply. You will continue to receive an invitation to register for Convention when that process opens. However, if you have not exhibited at a THSC’s Called to Teach Convention in the past three years, you must apply to become an exhibitor.
Returning Exhibitors and Exhibitor Registration
We are so excited to share our brand new exhibitor registration platform with you! You can now create your very own exhibitor account, giving you access to edit and update your registration, resend your confirmation email, and review your order. Upon completing registration, you will receive steps on how to create your exhibitor account.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of companies get approved to receive an invitation?
The type of vendor we generally invite offers materials, books, and/or educational products or services that specifically relate to homeschools.
We do not generally invite:
Single author publishers
Vitamin or health food companies
Multi-level marketing or home sales companies such as Avon, Amway, etc.
Companies specific to a local area
Will I have to submit samples of my product?
You must submit samples of your most popular products or if you do not sell products, samples of the information that you intend to disseminate. If you wish to direct us to your website to view additional materials, please include the specific URL that you wish us to view. Requests sent without samples may not be processed.
Does THSC explain the reason for denial?
The committee reserves the right to approve or deny without further comment. Due to the quantity of requests we receive, an exhibitor invitation request does not necessarily guarantee approval in time for an upcoming THSC Convention. Invitations will be emailed to approved exhibitors following approval thereafter. Exhibitor space fills quickly and approval does not guarantee that you will procure a booth.
What size booths do you offer?
Options include piped and draped standard 10′ x 10′ booths, as well as a limited number of 10′ x 6′ and 10′ x 8′ mini-booths. Booths come with one 8’ x 30″ long draped table, two chairs, and a booth sign.
What else is included?
Also included is a free listing of the exhibiting organization in the Convention program and a link to the exhibitor website from the THSC website exhibitor page.
Registration Bag Inserts
2,000 book bags containing promotional materials are distributed to attendee families at registration. All inserts are subject to approval by THSC, but it is not necessary to be an attending exhibitor to take advantage of this opportunity. If you are interested in giving your company or organization exposure at the THSC Convention through the registration bags, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
THSC offers advertisement through sponsorships, the Convention program, and in Convention registration bags. For information on reaching Convention attendees through advertising, contact email@example.com.
What is the attendance at your convention?

I’ve never exhibited with THSC before, how do I become an exhibitor at Called to Teach?
Exhibition at Texas Home School Coalition Conventions is by invitation only. All exhibitors must go through an approval process before they are eligible to receive an invitation to exhibit. Our exhibitor process is open year-round and reviewed quarterly. You can fill out the application here.
Why did you move locations in Dallas?
In the spring of 2018, we were made aware the Arlington Convention Center, where this convention has been held for 34 years, was being converted into an E-Gaming facility. In case you’re wondering, we didn’t know what that was either! In August of 2018, we were informed the Arlington Convention Center would no longer be able to accommodate us. We praise God that, although it was difficult and not what we preferred, He provided the Sheraton Dallas when little else was available.
Will you be returning to the Sheraton Dallas?
We will not be returning to the Sheraton Dallas in 2020. Instead the DFW Called to Teach convention will take place at the beautiful, family-friendly Watters Creek Convention Center in Allen, Texas. This venue has better accessibility for attendees and exhibitors and the area is similar to The Woodlands.
When does Exhibitor Registration Open?
Approved Called to Teach Exhibiting Companies can expect to receive an invitation to Exhibit by mid-October.
When does THSC post Exhibiting companies on the website and app?
You can expect to start seeing companies listed in January. If you do not see your company listed please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is THSC’s booth refund policy?
A 75% booth refund will be issued if requested in writing and received before February 7, 2019. No booth refunds will be issued after this date.
